You don't want to use CDN?

You can use F.merge() method for this case because the method can contain a link to external libraries.

Example:

F.merge('/js/default.js',
        'https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.1.1/jquery.min.js',
        '/js/jctajr.min.js',
        '/js/ui.js',
        '/js/default.js');

Method F.merge() downloads external libraries automatically (.css, .js or .html) and it merges them together as they are defined. So you can use CDN without CDN in your web applications.
